The heart of Old Nicosia will come alive with festive spirit this weekend as workshops, cafés and residents’ homes along Ermou Street open their doors for a two-day Christmas celebration.
The neighbourhood at Ermou 272 will welcome visitors on Saturday 20 December and Sunday 21 December 2025, offering handmade gifts from local artists, food, sweets, drinks and music prepared with care.
Workshops and cafés in the area will showcase their work whilst residents invite the public to experience the neighbourhood’s festive atmosphere.
The free public event encourages visitors to support local artisans by purchasing handmade Christmas gifts whilst enjoying the traditional character of Old Nicosia.
